Synopsis[]
Momoko Hyakushiki calls Hajime Sugoroku in her office to receive a report.
Summary[]
Momoko Hyakushiki says enter, and Hajime Sugoroku does so. Momoko says to Hajime that she wants a direct report from him and Hajime says that everything is in his report. Samon Gokuu yells at Hajime, asking him who he thinks he's talking to. Hajime replies for him to shut up and tells him to eat a banana somewhere. Samon says to not call him that and calls him a bald gorilla, to which Hajime places him in a chokehold. Momoko yells for them both to stop and get back to business, continuing that she only wants to hear the status of Building 13 due to four inmates (Jyugo, Uno, Nico and Rock) being imprisoned there and details that weren't in the report to make sure there are no issues. She tells him that she put him in charge of Building 13 because she confides in his abilities as a supervisor.
Hajime replies that there is nothing to report, and Momoko moves on, asking him what he thinks about the four inmates of Cell 13 and if they deserve to be in prison. She explains that despite having a record full of jailbreaks, they behave excellently and asks why they aren't plotting a jailbreak like every other prison and not being in any reports. She says that if they have changed their acts has she overestimated them, expecting Hajime to know because he knows them the most. She repeats herself, asking if there have been problems with them, to which Hajime replies that there have been no problems and they will not escape. Samon yells that he should be telling the truth before being yelled at by Hajime and frightened.
Hajime threatens that he will break his neck if he keeps talking to him like that, making the other guards scared. Momoko says that she appreciates his report and that he may go while petting Samon. Before excusing himself, Hajime says that while she called the four inmates hardened convicts, he believes that they are just brats and that he will bring their documents to her soon. Samon calls Hajime out on his arrogance, claiming that he will do anything to get him demoted. Momoko says that his personality isn't new, while Samon thinks that Momoko is shaking with rage, while Momoko is freaking out at how Hajime called her by her surname.
Back at Building 13, Hajime says to Seitarou that it was scary at the meeting because they called him without warning and believed Momoko almost found out about it. He then yells at Jyugo to back to his cell. Meanwhile, at the Warden's office, Momoko flusters and trembles over Hajime, hoping he will come back again to bring documents, noting that it was the first time holding a long conversation with Hajime, hoping to be able to ask him more questions and for him to call her by her given name next time. While Samon believes that Momoko is trembling with anger because of Hajime.
